A fibroadenoma may get smaller over time or grow larger. They're smooth, and they move easily under the skin when touched. The symptoms tend to get better after you have your period. It's common to have fibrocystic breast changes related to the menstrual cycle. With these, you may feel fullness in your breasts. Breast cysts tend to come on quickly around the time of the menstrual cycle. A breast cyst may appear before your period and get smaller, larger or go away afterward. A breast cyst can range in size from a few millimeters to as large as an orange. These fluid-filled sacs inside the breast are round, smooth and firm. When you're growing or your breasts swell during your period, your skin (and its nerves) stretch to make room for the extra fullness, which can make them ache like a sore muscle. Embrace what you have and don't waste time worrying about how your breasts measure up. Many of your your fave celebs are all about their small chests. Everyone's breasts are different, and having small boobs is awesome. But don't stress to much about your size either way. Your breasts keep growing throughout your teens, and most girls don't reach their final cup size until around 17 or 18, and some girls continue to develop well into their 20s. Because there's no standard size or shape, just enjoy what you have. Every girl's nipples are different and all are normal.
